We strongly encourage all of our patients to visit us at least once a year for a wellness exam. Routine nose-to-tail wellness exams are protective of your pet's health and safeguard against threatening, yet preventable, conditions. You may also expect your pet's teeth to be examined and possibly cleaned. Preventative care is absolutely invaluable as it allows your pet to live a long, happy, and healthy life!
We ask that you bring your pet's medical history to your first visit. It is helpful to keep an up-to-date journal of your pet's health throughout his or her life, including health conditions and behavioral changes. If you happen to keep a record of this information, share it with our team so we can best assist you. If you do not keep an updated record, simply fill us in on everything you feel is important and we will do the rest! Our experienced veterinarians will work with whatever information you provide.
In some cases, one of our doctors will refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery.
We ask you to send any previous medical records to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 48 prior to your appointment.
All clients are required to complete a Client Form. Our client form is available online for your convenience and allows you to complete in the comfort of your own home or office. This form takes no more than 5 minutes to complete and allows us to record our patients and clients in our practice management software so we can efficiently provide the service you deserve.

Payment is required when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, optimal customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
We understand that illness is often unexpected, and so are the expenses for treatment. We are able to make arrangements with the help of our CareCredit® program. All you have to do is complete a quick 5 minute application and you will be able to split payments into 6 monthly installments. You can apply at our hospital or online at your convenience.
We accept payment via cash, check, debit, credit (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa), or CareCredit®. All cards must be signed by the card owner.
As a way to show our appreciation, we offer discounted services to local area rescue groups. Pre-approval is required to take advantage of this offer. Please call us for more information!
